USB hardlock iGrid ใช้ ของ Sentinel
1) เมื่อเสียบ Hardlock USB ใช้งานจะลง Driver เพื่อเชื่อมต่อการใช้งานด้วย
2) กรณีต้องการ Access เข้าตรวจสอบ USB hardlock ให้ เข้าผ่าน http://localhost:1947 เพื่อตรวจสอบการใช้งาน
หรือเข้าผ่าน IP address ของเครื่องที่ Port 1947 ได้
เมื่อเข้าใช้งานตรวจสอบจะตวจสอบ code , feature ที่มีการติดตั้งใช้งานได้ดังอย่างเช่น
หากไม่สามารถเปิดได้ Web Explorer เข้าใช้งานได้อาจมาจาก Forbidden หรือ security ของ Explorer อาจ set security level ไว้สูงจึง Block การเข้าใช้งาน ให้ปรับแต่ง Security ของ Explorer นั้นๆ เช่น (ie , chrome , firefox)
คำแนะนำในการตรวจสอบกรณีพบปัญหากับ Hardlock
1) Check license key number by use browser connect to localhost:1947 but we cannot connect to license key admin tool.
2) Disconnect and reconnect license key again and then check device manager the driver can be installed normally. The license key active but the iControl still cannot see when we start program.
3) Disconnect and connect again with other USB port and then check device manager the driver can be installed normally. But the iControl still cannot see the license.
4) We have tried to move the license to other machine (from primary to redundant) and then check device manager the driver can be installed normally. But the iControl still cannot see the license too.
5) Re-install the license’s driver again manually but the iControl still cannot see license too.

***Steps in order to activate your iControl license dongles:***
- Connect one of the iControl Sentinel dongles to update to your computer. (N.B. If the computer does not show products and features for the key, please reinstall the Sentinel driver.)
- Execute the iGrid_RUS application you will find at the following link: CLICK
- Press “Collect information” button.
- Save the *.c2v file and send it to Supplier.
- Then, will be received another executable file then have to connect the dongle, execute the received file, and press the “apply update” button.
*** Sample กรณี ไม่สามารถเปิด Software ได้ถึงแม้ ได้รับ license file .bin แล้ว อาจจะต้องตรวจสอบที่ USB dongle ว่าใน dongle มี Key หรือ Product (soft part) ติดตั้งไว้หรือยัง รูปตัวอย่างเป็นกรณีที่ตรวจสอบจะเห็นว่าไม่มี Key อะไรอยู่เลย ***
