Case Run Batch file ที่ใช้ในการ loop ต่อเนื่องแล้ว cmd เกิดหลุดเอง อาจจะเนื่องมาจาก windows 7 (up) มีส่วนของ function ‘QuickEdit” เพื่อทำการ select text จะทำให้ cmd line ที่ run scipt หยุดทำงาน ต้องกด ESC หรือ ENTER เพื่อให้ batch file ที่ run ใน cmd ทำงานต่อ ซึ่งกรณีนี้มักเกิดจาก human อาจจะลองเลือก text ไว้ หรือ อาจจะเผลอใช้ mouse วางผ่านหน้า cmd แล้วเกิดคลิก+ลากmouse เล็กน้อยก็จะกลายเป็น Select text ให้ batch file […]

Case20200826 : Control IED not success because hardwire interlock

Case Investigate ปัญหาได้รับแจ้งมาว่าไม่สามารถสั่ง command CB close/openได้ จาก SCS ทดลองสั่ง command -> IED พบว่า command send ได้(ดูปรกติ) ทดลอง เปลี่ยนสถานะ DI พบว่า SCS รับสถานะและแสดงบนหน้าจอ(ดูปรกติ) ทดลอง Ping command ตรวจสอบ network (lan) หรือ Port Lan ว่าเสถียร(มี time out หรือไม่) ผลดูปรกติ ทดลอง Restart IED (power Off/On) แล้วยังสั่งงานไม่ได้เช่นเดิม สอบถาม Client ว่ามีการเปลี่ยน setting. relay หรือไม่ ซึ่งแจ้งว่าไม่มีการเปลี่ยนอะไร จากข้อมูลก่อนหน้านี้ เป็นไปได้ว่าระบบปรกติ … ตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขการสั่ง ให้ output

    “Ping” Command Ping Command เหมือน เป็นการทดสอบ การตอบสนองอุปกรณ์ network เหมือนโยนปิงปอง (Ping) ไปแล้ว ถ้า IP นั้นไม่มีอยู่หรืออุปกรณ์ปลายรับปิงปองไปแล้ว ก็ จะ no response (timeout) แต่ถ้าปรกติก็จะส่งกลับมา Ping  ไม่ใช่ TCP ไม่ใช่ socket  หรือ Forward port Ping ถ้าจะทดสอบต่อเนื่อง ใช้ “ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -t  “ Ping  ถ้าต้องการทดสอบระบบสื่อสารให้ Ping ด้วย data byte ที่สูงขึ้น เพื่อให้ มีก้อนข้อมูลมากขึ้น “ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -l 1000”          Command

Software สำหรับ  Monitor  การติดต่อ TCP/IP ของเครื่องที่ลง Ethernet port (LAN หรือ Wifi ,ขึ้นอยู่กับการเลือกว่า Monitor Portอะไร) ใช้งาน สามารถ Download  software  ได้จาก  https://www.wireshark.org/download.html หรือ Download for Win32 V1.6.4  // V2.2.24 Installation ติดตั้งลงเครื่องให้เรียบร้อย การใช้งาน dเปิดโปรแกรม เรียบร้อย หน้าแรกจะขึ้นมา ให้เลือกว่าจะให้ wireshark ดูข้อความของ port Ethernet port ไหน (เลือกให้ถูกต้องด้วย ไม่เช่นนั้นจะไม่เห็นข้อความที่ต้องการตรวจสอบ) และกด start  wireshark ก็จะเริ่ม Monitor ข้อมูล (จำไว้ว่ากด start แล้ว wireshark ไม่ได้save  file ให้อัตโนมัติ
