การแก้ไข SAG SWELL  ให้เป็น Point เดียวกัน และส่ง SCADA Point Index address เดียวกัน แก้ไข iConf ของ DIM-iRTU แก้ไขใน iConf ของ CPM-iControl  (ใน Analog Input เพื่อไว้เป็นข้อมูลว่ารับมาเป็น Sag/Swell แล้ว แต่ส่วนที่ต้องแก้ไขเพื่อให้แสดงขึ้นevent  จะอยู่ใน Digital Inputs (เพราะส่วนแสดง event list จะเอา Analog Input -> Proceduer “SagSwellF80” ออกมา ->  Digital Input ->Event List) ใน iConf ของ  CPM-iControl  ตรวจสอบ index point address ของ SCADA […]

Case ; Event list ไม่ขึ้น/ขึ้นเกิน แสดงที่ LUI ใน iControl

Case Event list ไม่ขึ้นแสดงบน LUI ถ้า LUI ใช้การทำงานแบบ iControl Client ตรวจสอบว่า LUI แสดง alarm list ปรกติหรือไม่ ถ้าปรกติให้ตรวจสอบ event list อาจะมีการ ใส่ filter ค้างไว้ทำให้ filter กรองข้อมูลออกไปหมดจึงเข้าใจว่า eventlist ไม่แสดงอะไร.. แก้ไขโดย เอา filter ออก   Case Event List ขึ้นบน LUI (event list)  iConf ที่ Mark “x” ไปแล้ว แต่ก็ยังมี event  แสดง ใน event อยู่ ให้ทำการลบ Tag เดิมและสร้าง Tag ใหม่

สำหรับ Paramter ใน iControl ส่วนของ configuration environment CPM ใน ..\bin\iControl.config ระบุให้ทำงานาเป็นบทบาทเป็น iControl server ตามนี้<ClientServer> <primary.IP>172.20.10.10</primary.IP> <secondary.IP>172.20.10.10</secondary.IP> <rol>Server</rol> <port>44444</port> </ClientServer> ระบุให้การส่ง event ออก Printer ไปที่ share printer ชื่อ EVENTPRINTER(เครื่องเสีย USBที่ LUI และ share printer  ไว้ด้วย) และระบุความกว้างและ Fields ที่ต้องการพิมพ์  <SOE.Printer> <Name>\\172.20.10.15\EVENTPRINTER</Name> <Layout>TM,T2,T1,T0,ST,T9</Layout> <TM_Width>30</TM_Width> <NM_Width>10</NM_Width> <QU_Width>10</QU_Width> <T0_Width>90</T0_Width> <T1_Width>45</T1_Width> <T2_Width>15</T2_Width> <ST_Width>50</ST_Width> <T9_Width>20</T9_Width> </SOE.Printer> การEnable feature ให้ iControl save ค่า analog

Software สำหรับ  Monitor  การติดต่อ TCP/IP ของเครื่องที่ลง Ethernet port (LAN หรือ Wifi ,ขึ้นอยู่กับการเลือกว่า Monitor Portอะไร) ใช้งาน สามารถ Download  software  ได้จาก  https://www.wireshark.org/download.html หรือ Download for Win32 V1.6.4  // V2.2.24 Installation ติดตั้งลงเครื่องให้เรียบร้อย การใช้งาน dเปิดโปรแกรม เรียบร้อย หน้าแรกจะขึ้นมา ให้เลือกว่าจะให้ wireshark ดูข้อความของ port Ethernet port ไหน (เลือกให้ถูกต้องด้วย ไม่เช่นนั้นจะไม่เห็นข้อความที่ต้องการตรวจสอบ) และกด start  wireshark ก็จะเริ่ม Monitor ข้อมูล (จำไว้ว่ากด start แล้ว wireshark ไม่ได้save  file ให้อัตโนมัติ

SIEMENS Relay setting System port for IEC103

ให้ดูด้วยว่า มีการเปลี่ยนSetting ในตัว Relay ใน Menu Interface ในส่วน Measurement value transmit จาก Defaul = All มาเป็น = Private เรียบร้อย เพือลดการสื่อสาร ในการถามตอบ analog value มากๆ มีผลต่อ communication fail ใน Link RE485 – IEC 103 ได้ Common Address (IEC103) = VD address (Relay Setting)
