การใช้งาน Batch file  เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์การใช้งาน หรือ  command @ECHO OFF สำหรับ ไม่ให้แสดงข้อความ command นั้นใน command box. ใน iControl 4.33.4  ที่ใช้งานใน Migration Xmat นั้น ส่วนที่ใช้ในการ add/modify user login สำหรับส่วนของ iControl โปรแกรม พบว่ามีแสดงแต่ Spanish language หากต้องการเปลียนให้เป็น English ให้ทำการ copy file useradmin.exe ที่เป็น english version  และติดตั้งเข้าไปที่ ..\bin (แทน file เดิม) โดย file ที่เป็น  version english สามารถ download ได้จาก Link แก้ไขแล้ว แสดงเป็น English Version.

Case20170825; iRTU Port Reset periodic กรณี Port Lan ของ iRTU reset ตลอด

เนื่องจาก  iRTU ภายใน firmware จะมีการตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่อกับอุปกรณ์ภายนอกทางด้าน Ethernet หาก iRTU ไม่พบการติดต่อทาง TCP/IP เข้ามาที่ตัวเอง จะพิจารณาว่ามีปัญหาอะไรสักอย่าง จึงมีการใส่ Algorithum ไว้ให้มีการ Reset Port ดังนั้นหาก config  iRTU และ  Set IP ในระบบ TCP/IP ไม่สอดคล้อง Ehternet Port อีกฝั่งที่เชื่อมต่อมีการ Auto detect และใช้เวลาอาจทำให้ Port  Lan ของ iRTU ไม่พบการติดต่อทาง TCP/IP package เขามาเลย จึง reset Port การปรับ : กรณีนี้จะพบหา ไปต่อกับ Ethenet switch  ที่มี function auto check หรือมีการตั้งค่า Routing
